Quite some time has passed since my last post...where to begin? Quick stats: 17lbs 13oz and 27 inches long. Peggles is currently suffering from a double ear infection-poor thing. She had been coughing, sneezing, not sleeping and basically not her usual happy self. We thought it might be her top teeth coming in, (did I mention her bottom teeth came in a little over a month ago?), but it's her little ears. Hopefully the antibiotics kick in quickly!
Paige is beginning to crawl!!!! She has been stuck in reverse for a couple of weeks, but is starting to "rev up" and rock back and forth. Lord help us! I am so excited for her to start crawling, but quite nervous. I haven't finished baby proofing so she needs to wait a little bit longer. :) She is so active already! She loves to climb and stretch to reach for whatever is catching her eye at the moment!
We have started swim class. Paige seems to love the water, although I might enjoy the classes more than she does!!! Kyle bought me a video camera for Mother's Day, (well, he said Paige did it), and he recorded our first pool session. She warmed right up to kicking and splashing within a few minutes-go figure!
We continue to fall deeper in love with her every day-even when it doesn't seem possible that we could love her more....
I am still trying to determine who Paige looks like more (yes, she has my eyes). Here is the earliest pic of me...perhaps she looks just a tad bit more like her mother than her father? :)
