McFatty Monday!
I've joined this site to help keep me on track. I know it's only been 3 months, but when you're not pregnant anymore you just want your body back-IMMEDIATELY! I gained a whopping 45 pounds, lost 21 in the first 2 weeks and have been burning the rest off the old fashioned way. I thought about Nutri System and weight Watchers, but in the end I have to learn to put the right food in my mouth-I'm not paying someone else to do that for me. I know they may work for lots of people, but I'm going to do this on my own. I have 7lbs to lose to get back to my pre-preg weight, but I'm not sure that it will look the same even when I get there...of course she is worth every set of lunges!
